The challenge
The Professional Office Building project in Brampton involved the trades you would expect and the coordination you would not: a landlord, a designer, a supplier schedule and an owner who had a business to run while it happened.
Work like this rarely fails on craft. It fails when four versions of the scope exist in four inboxes and nobody can say which one was priced.
How we ran it
One scope, written down once. Every quote read against it, every variation priced when it came up rather than at the end, and every approval recorded with the date it was given.
WeReno chased the parts that stall — the permit, the utility, the supplier who goes quiet — so the owner’s involvement was limited to the decisions that were genuinely theirs.
The outcome
Professional Office Building was handed over complete, with the paperwork filed as the job ran rather than reassembled afterwards. The owner could answer what was agreed, what it cost and who did it, from their phone.
