The challenge
Embassy Grand, a premium banquet hall, was struggling with an outdated appearance and broken, non-functional amenities that deterred potential customers. Despite frequent spending on maintenance, issues persisted, leading to additional costs without delivering value to customers.
Objective
The goal was to renovate the entrance flooring throughout the hall and completely revamp the bathrooms. The renovation needed to be completed within a tight timeline of three months, aiming to surpass the quality of other local banquet halls undergoing similar updates.
