Ten years, then the agents

Before we built agents, we did the work ourselves.

More than a decade running property improvement work, and over a thousand projects delivered. That is where we learned exactly what needed to change, and it is what the four agents were built out of.

Let's build together!
Where this came from

We ran the work before we wrote the software for it.

WeReno started as an owner’s representative. For more than ten years it ran renovations, fit-outs and capital programmes: writing the scopes, levelling the bids, holding the schedule, chasing the trades, sitting in the site meetings. We did it alongside owners, contractors, operators and some of the largest brands in hospitality and retail.

10+

Years working across property improvement, on the owner’s side of the table.

1,000+

Renovation and capital projects delivered, from single rooms to ground-up builds.

$1B+

Of property improvement facilitated, across hotels, clinics, restaurants and retail.

Fortune 500

Clients whose sites had to keep trading while the work went on around them.

What a thousand projects taught us

Almost none of the pain is the building work.

  • AdministrationThe scope nobody wrote down, then four versions of it in four inboxes.
  • CoordinationA week lost because one electrician never called back, and nobody was counting the days.
  • PricingThree quotes that priced three different jobs, compared side by side as if they were the same one.
  • OverheadHours a day of chasing, filing and re-typing that produced nothing anybody could point at.

So the conclusion was not what we expected.

The industry does not need another piece of software for people to manage. It needs technology that does the work for them.

What we do now

WeReno is the AI operating layer for property improvement.

Four agents, each built around a problem we spent ten years running into. You tell them what needs to happen the way you would tell a person, and they do the work around it.

Handyman.ai

Handyman.ai

AI for property care and maintenance

Text it what you need. Handyman finds vendors, gets quotes, compares the pricing, coordinates the work, remembers the property down to the model number, and keeps the ongoing upkeep on a schedule you never have to hold in your head.

Homeowners, landlords and small portfolios

What Handyman does
Renobot.ai

Renobot.ai

AI owner’s rep for renovations

Renobot works on your side of the table. It helps scope the job, price it, organise it and keep it straight: three quotes read against one scope, every decision and drawing in one place, and a change order explained before you sign it.

What Renobot does
Opsonic.ai

Opsonic.ai

AI back office for contractors

Tell Opsonic what needs to happen and it handles the paperwork around the job: estimates, follow-ups, client updates, scheduling, change orders, invoicing and the business record underneath all of it. You run the project. Opsonic runs the rest.

WeReno Capital

WeReno Capital

Owner’s rep and project management, high touch

Capital is the closest continuation of the original WeReno operating model, and it is the work everything else was built out of. Complex commercial and capital projects, run end to end: intake, procurement, execution and closeout on one record.

Hotels, clinics, restaurants and multi-property owners

Underneath

The same four jobs, under every one of them.

Whichever agent you are talking to, this is the machinery doing the work behind the conversation. On Capital it is also what a WeReno project manager is reading.

Watches the job

Progress against the plan, every day, and a flag the week something starts slipping rather than the month after.

Keeps one record

The schedule, the money, the drawings and the decisions on one live record, with every figure pointing back at the row it came off.

Checks the paperwork

Permits, inspections, warranties and closeout documents chased and filed as the job runs, not reassembled at the end of it.

Reads what is coming

A change is never just its own line. It is read against the dates it moves and the trades it pushes, and named before it lands.

Ten years of it

The kinds of work this came out of

Hotels, clinics, restaurants, retail and public buildings. The agents know what a change order does to a schedule because this is the work they were built out of.

Custom Home Building

Custom Home Building

Ground-up houses and heavy renovations, for owners living the job rather than managing it from an office.

Commercial Buildouts

Commercial Buildouts

Fit-outs on a landlord’s clock, where the schedule is the lease and the lease does not move.

Renovations and Remodeling

Renovations and Remodeling

Work inside a building that has to keep trading, one floor and one phase at a time.

Large-Scale Developments

Large-Scale Developments

Programmes with more trades on site than anybody can hold in their head, on one record.

Infrastructure Projects

Infrastructure Projects

Long jobs with inspection regimes attached, where the paperwork is half the deliverable.

Government and Public Works

Government and Public Works

Public procurement rules, public scrutiny, and an audit trail that has to survive both.

Which of the four is mine?

Handyman is for the place you live in or let: repairs, upkeep and whatever breaks. Renobot is for changing it: a renovation you are paying for and living through. Opsonic is for the contractor doing the work, not the owner paying for it. Capital is for a building that has to keep trading while a programme runs through it.

Do I have to learn an app?

No. Handyman, Renobot and Opsonic are texted the way you text anybody else, from the number you already use, with nothing to install. There is a browser view of the same record when you want the whole picture, and you sign in to it with a code. Capital comes with people as well as software, and they are on the phone.

Is WeReno still an owner’s representative?

Yes, and that is what Capital is. It is the same operating model WeReno has run for more than ten years, on the same software, for complex commercial and capital projects. The three agents are what that decade turned into for everybody who was never going to hire an owner’s rep.

Did the agents deliver the projects on this site?

No. Every project in the portfolio and the case studies ran on WeReno Capital, which is where the thousand-project figure and the $1B+ come from. Handyman, Renobot and Opsonic were built out of what that work taught us, and they are opening area by area now.

Can I start today?

Capital is running live projects now: bring us the project and we will tell you what we would put on it. Handyman, Renobot and Opsonic are in early access and open area by area, which is why every sign-up asks for an address. Put yours in and we will tell you where it stands.
