Turtle Jacks, a busy local restaurant, faced worn, outdated carpets in some areas, with limited newer flooring elsewhere. Needing a seamless renovation, the challenge was heightened by strict safety standards prohibiting construction dust, making the process more complex.

Objective

The primary goal was to renovate the restaurant without disrupting service. The plan was to start by upgrading a small area with a new design pattern, followed by the removal of the remaining carpet and installation of new flooring, all completed during nighttime hours.

Execution

The team worked on larger sections during slower days to minimize disruption, allowing adequate drying time. Some areas were temporarily closed, but enough seating remained. Completing a small section first generated customer interest and drew positive attention, minimizing noticeable disruption.
