The challenge
The Garrison Bespoke showcase had an opening date set by a campaign, not by a construction schedule. The floor was trading, the access windows were narrow, and the finish had to meet a brand standard on the day it was revealed.
There is no version of this where the date moves. Everything else bends around it.
What we did
We built the programme backwards from the reveal, with fabrication and delivery timed to the access windows the store could actually give us.
Install happened outside trading hours, and the space was returned to a sellable state at the end of every shift rather than at the end of the job.
The outcome
The Garrison Bespoke showcase opened on its date, to the brand’s specification, without the floor losing a day of trade.
