Getting pricesPuts a job out and gathers options. Asking costs you nothing and the answer is what you need in order to decide.
Keeping the recordFiles the receipt, logs the visit, updates the thing on the graph. Housekeeping, and none of it commits you to anything.
It asks first
Anyone at the doorA stranger coming to the house is always a question, even for work you already approved in principle.
Above your lineYou set one. Anything over it waits, whatever it is for.
Anything with a date you care aboutWork that takes the water off, the heat out or the driveway away gets agreed with you first.
Anything newA regular it has never used, a trade it has not sent before, a thing it has not done at your house.
It never
Rules on what is allowedStructure, gas, electrical, zoning and permits are for people who are licensed to say. It helps you find them and keeps their paperwork.
Widens its own authorityA grant only gets bigger when you make it bigger. Nothing it learns about your house changes what it is allowed to do.
Acts without showing its workEverything it did is on the thread, in order, with what it was told and what it chose.

Authority is given where the work is, not buried in a settings screen. ' Turning on a maintenance plan is the clearest case: you see exactly what it covers before it ' is on. See a plan.

Done. I will change it on the schedule, order more when the shelf is empty, and tell you each time. Anything that needs somebody in the house still comes to you.
