The challenge
Christian Dior, a premium cosmetics brand, struggled to stand out in a retailer’s dull store environment. Despite high foot traffic, the store’s lack of visual appeal meant Dior’s section failed to capture attention. The challenge was to make Dior’s display more noticeable and engaging.
Objective
The goal was to transform the client’s retail space into a visually attractive, modern, and sleek showcase that would stand out from the rest of the store. The new display needed to create a lasting impression, drive foot traffic from the store entrance, and align with Dior’s premium branding.

We combined vision boards, central dashboards, and safety adherence to enhance visibility.
Design Process
We used a vision board to capture the client’s ideas and collaborated with a designer to integrate Dior’s vision into the new showcase. The sleek, modern display was designed for high visibility, aligning with the brand’s luxury image.
Dashboard
To ensure organization and transparency, all communications were managed through a central dashboard. This facilitated seamless coordination of scheduled work, kept thorough documentation, and provided regular progress updates to the client.
Execution
During installation, we adhered to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the display was functional and striking. Integrated smoothly into the store layout, it attracted significant foot traffic, boosting visibility and customer engagement for Dior.
