Construction and operations are still run on spreadsheets, PDFs, and disconnected tools. WeReno is changing that by turning BIM models into live digital twins that every stakeholder can use — from the project team on site to the owner in the boardroom.
We are an early-stage team based in Toronto, backed by a strong network of construction and property industry advisors and early customers across North America. We move fast, ship real features, and care deeply about the people who build and operate the built environment.

We are a remote-friendly team. Most of our engineering and product roles can be done from anywhere in Canada. Our Toronto office is where the team gathers for sprints, customer visits, and the occasional very large whiteboard session.

Build the core platform that transforms BIM models into live digital twins. You will own features end-to-end across our React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js backend.
BIM Integration Engineer
Own the pipeline that ingests BIM and design files and maps them to our 3D twin viewer. Built-environment or geospatial software experience preferred.
Senior Product Designer
Design the twin viewer, handover workflows, and mobile field tools used by construction teams on active job sites.
Customer Success Manager — Construction
Partner with project teams, developers, and hotel operators to get maximum value from WeReno. PropTech or construction-tech background is a strong asset.
Head of Growth Marketing
Own demand generation for a B2B construction tech platform. You have marketed to project owners, construction teams, or property developers before and know how to reach them.
Senior ML Engineer
Build the AI layer that surfaces anomalies, predicts schedule delays, and connects BIM data to real-world outcomes on active projects.
