WeReno is building an AI layer that surfaces anomalies, predicts schedule delays, and connects BIM data to real-world outcomes on active construction projects. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will design and ship the models that make this possible.

You will work with structured spatial data from BIM models, real-time IoT signals, and historical project timelines to build prediction and anomaly detection systems that field teams actually use.

This is a greenfield AI role at a company where the data is genuinely interesting — the intersection of 3D spatial models and live construction activity is an unsolved problem space.

We are looking for an engineer who has shipped production web applications and cares deeply about performance, reliability, and clear code.

• 5+ years with React, TypeScript, and a modern Node.js backend
• Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and real-time data systems
• Comfort working across the full stack — from 3D viewer performance to database schema design
