WeReno serves project owners, developers, general contractors, and hotel operators. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the person who makes sure each of them gets maximum value from the platform.

You will own onboarding, training, and ongoing success for a portfolio of accounts. PropTech or construction-tech background is a strong asset — you need to speak the language of your customers.

This is a high-touch role on a small team. You will have direct influence on product direction based on what you hear from customers every day.

We are looking for an engineer who has shipped production web applications and cares deeply about performance, reliability, and clear code.

• 5+ years with React, TypeScript, and a modern Node.js backend
• Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and real-time data systems
• Comfort working across the full stack — from 3D viewer performance to database schema design
