No. We have a drawing intake process that converts PDF plans, CAD exports, and architectural drawings into a structured digital twin. BIM files (IFC, Revit) produce faster and more detailed results, but they are not required to get started.

Pricing is per project. There is no required recurring subscription — you can activate WeReno for a single project and walk away once it closes. Portfolio and enterprise teams typically move to an annual arrangement, but that is never required upfront.

WeReno works across custom homes, hotel PIPs, restaurant rollouts, multifamily buildings, commercial properties, and mixed-use developments. If your project involves construction, renovation, or capital work on a physical property, WeReno can build and run the twin.
