This multi-floor professional office building in Brampton was a new development with an extensive smart building infrastructure — integrated BMS, occupancy sensors, AV infrastructure, and network distribution — all of which needed to be documented and handed over to the property management firm before tenant fit-outs began.

The BMS, AV, structured cabling, and security contractors all delivered separate documentation packages.
