Overview
The OUTTAKES concession renovation at a Cineplex multiplex required a full MEP and millwork transformation of the main concession area — new equipment, new countertops, new POS infrastructure — while the cinema continued operating daily screenings throughout. Every construction activity had to be timed around screening schedules.
The problem
The GC's site super was printing the weekly cinema screening schedule and manually blocking out construction windows each morning. Activities that ran long were being discovered mid-screening — causing noise complaints and two temporary shutdowns during the first two weeks.

The Solution
WeReno imported the cinema's weekly screening schedule as a constraint layer in the twin. Construction activities were planned and approved in the model against screening windows — any activity that would generate noise or require lobby access was blocked from screening hours. The equipment delivery sequence was planned in the model to fit the lobby clearance windows.

The result
The OUTTAKES concession renovation was completed on schedule with zero screening disruptions in the final 8 weeks of the build. The new concession line, equipment, and POS system were commissioned and operational without a single day of cinema closure. Staff training was completed against the twin before the concession opened.
