Overview
This Hampton Inn by Hilton in Toronto underwent a full Property Improvement Plan covering guestroom refresh, lobby transformation, and fitness center upgrade — while maintaining full hotel occupancy. Hilton brand compliance required sign-off on each floor before it was released back to hotel operations, creating a rolling inspection sequence that had to be coordinated without affecting the booking calendar.
The problem
Hilton brand compliance required physical inspections of each floor before release to operations — but scheduling their visits around a live hotel booking calendar was creating 5-7 day delays between floor completion and inspection, leaving complete floors sitting idle while booked guests waited for inventory.

The Solution
WeReno enabled Hilton brand compliance to conduct remote floor inspections through the twin — room-by-room walkthroughs with photo documentation tied to each element in the model. Brand comments were logged spatially, resolved by the GC, and re-flagged for remote sign-off. Physical inspections were reserved for the final overall sign-off only.
