This indoor golf simulator facility involved six custom simulator bays, each requiring structural steel framing, precision projector mounting, turf installation, and AV infrastructure — alongside a full bar and lounge built to hospitality standards. The simulator vendor, structural sub, AV contractor, and hospitality millwork team all had interdependent sequences.

The simulator vendor's technical requirements weren't reflected in the structural drawings.

The simulator vendor specified projector throw distances and ceiling clearance requirements that hadn't been incorporated into the GC's structural drawings. The discrepancy was discovered only when the steel framing was already installed — requiring one bay to be reframed at additional cost.

Every projector throw distance, ceiling clearance, and AV cable run was visible in the model before framing began. The AV contractor used the twin to plan their cable routes through the structural bays without conflict.
